Temyris was born of an inheritance
This legacy is that of a grandfather to his granddaughter. That of Henry to Aurore. This legacy is first and foremost a concentration of beauty, ingenuity, but above all, love and passion.
Reflecting the feelings Henry and his wife Lucienne had for each other, Henry conceived the idea of crafting an exceptional gift for her. It was a time of balls and social outings with friends, a period marked by carefree joy and renewed happiness after the Great War.
Henry then envisioned a beauty minaudière in an ultra-compact format, featuring a lipstick case, a mirror with a powder compact to be filled with scented rice powder, and an integrated perfume atomizer. Molded and then machined from galalith, the minaudière was adorned with delicate mother-of-pearl marquetry. Crafted with the help of artisans he knew, it became a symbol of Henry's love for his wife.
But this legacy should have been lost.
Like an entire generation, Henry and Lucienne were deeply affected by the war, and together they joined the Resistance. Fearless, they awaited their mission orders, their ears glued to Radio London. When the crackling voice uttered the words, " Coco needs oxygen ," they knew it was their turn to act. Coco had always been Henry's nickname. Oxygen (Auxi-Gennes) was a contraction of " Auxi-le-Château " (Henry's birthplace) and " Gennes-Ivergny " (Lucienne's birthplace). This coded message had only one purpose: to confirm to Henry that he was to blow up a bridge during the imminent D-Day landings. Victory was at the end of the road; Henry and Lucienne had a life to build, a family to create. The coquette of beauty was forgotten, but in the twilight of his life, Henry remembered.
Upon his departure, he will bequeath the minaudière to his granddaughter, Aurore.
It would take many years before Aurore, fascinated by this object and impressed by its history, dared to speak about it to Paul, her business partner. They didn't share the same background, but together they envisioned a future for this minaudière: a beauty essential, a luxurious and sensual accessory, made in France by exceptional artisans and firmly rooted in modernity.
A new case to offer nomadic and combative women a unique minaudière. A 3-in-1 beauty kit with interchangeable makeup refills, lipsticks and powders.

The beauty minaudière is adorned with the seal of Temyris, the last queen of the Amazons, to emphasize that “Women” rhymes more than ever with “Battles”.
To ensure that her history is never forgotten, Temyris will wear a castle on her armor and an eagle in her hair.
